Pink E’s Pool Hall (also known as Pink E’s Fun Food & Spirits) was a colorful and vibrant fixture in Las Vegas’s social scene from its 1995 opening until closing in 2005. Located at 3695 W. Flamingo Road, directly across from the Rio, it quickly gained a reputation as one of the city’s largest pool halls, boasting around 60 pink-felt pool tables in a spacious, nightclub-style environment. In its heyday, Pink E’s wasn’t just about billiards—it was a complete entertainment destination. The venue combined a full-service diner, dance club space, and bar, offering casual dining, music, and tournaments in addition to countless pool tables. The hall also hosted live music and events; a notable moment includes punk icon Dee Dee Ramone’s final full-band concert on May 25, 2002. Having operated for nearly a decade, Pink E’s eventually declined. By 2005–2006, visitors noticed faded signage, table counts dwindling, and news emerged of impending closure to make room for casino-related parking. The building remained vacant for years until a massive fire in 2017 destroyed what was left of the structure. Pink E’s legacy endures in the memories of locals who recall it as a place where strangers became pool partners and the clatter of billiard balls echoed late into the Vegas nights. Despite its absence, it remains an evocative footnote in the city’s off‑Strip entertainment era. Today the land sits vacant.
